Content & Network Security Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all interactive features on ChinaLiveTrip, including registration, inquiries, reviews, agency onboarding uploads, and platform messages.
2. Prohibited content
Users must not post unlawful content, including material that threatens security, promotes violence or terrorism, is obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, infringes rights, or misrepresents travel services.
3. Technical safeguards
We use HTTPS, salted password hashing, role-based access control, separated admin permissions, AI-assisted review moderation with human review, and rate limiting on registration and login.
4. Moderation & enforcement
Reviews enter moderation before public display. Agency credentials are manually verified. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate service for violations and retain records as required by law.
5. Reporting
Report suspected illegal content to perryviptour@163.com with URL, screenshots, and details. We acknowledge within 24 hours and act as required by law.
6. Personal data

7. Incident response
On breach or intrusion we isolate affected systems, remediate, assess impact, and notify users and authorities as legally required.
