1. Data We Collect
Account info (name, email, phone), booking history, inquiry messages, payment references (via Stripe/PayPal — we do not store full card numbers), and agency license documents uploaded during onboarding.
2. How We Use Data
To operate the marketplace, process orders, verify agencies, prevent fraud, send transactional emails, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing
Booking details are shared with the fulfilling agency. Payment data is handled by Stripe/PayPal under their privacy policies. We may disclose data when required by law.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) and Vercel infrastructure with encryption in transit. Agency documents are stored in Vercel Blob with access restricted to admins.
5. International Users
If you access the site from the EU, UK, or other regions, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and locale preference. Analytics cookies are optional and can be disabled in your browser.
