1. Platform Role
ChinaLiveTrip is a showcase and inquiry platform connecting international travelers with licensed Chinese travel agencies. We help visitors discover tours and contact agencies. Travel services, booking arrangements, and payment are handled directly by the listing agency — not by ChinaLiveTrip. We do not process payments or charge commissions.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. Agencies must hold a valid travel agency license in China. We may suspend accounts that provide false credentials.
3. Inquiries & Bookings
Prices are shown in USD for reference only. This site is a showcase and inquiry platform — online checkout and promoter pricing are not available. To book, contact the agency using the details on the product or agency page and arrange payment offline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the agency's rules and how close the departure date is. Contact the agency via the platform first. If unresolved, email perryviptour@163.com for assistance.
5. Agency Obligations
Approved agencies must respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours, deliver services as described, and maintain valid licenses. Repeated complaints may result in delisting.
6. Limitation of Liability
ChinaLiveTrip is not liable for acts or omissions of travel agencies, force majeure, or changes made by third-party suppliers. As an information and inquiry platform, we do not guarantee the outcome of offline transactions between travelers and agencies.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts where the platform operator is registered.
